Engineering: termed as an intelligent degree....a skill based, application based science and technology curriculum...is the curriculum itself sabotaging the engineer's intelligence today? The national employability report states that over 80% Engineers are unemployable in the knowledge economy.        A startling 80% of Engineers in India are unemployable! Indian engineers still lag the relevant digital skills that companies nowadays are looking to hire for;  or includes advanced tech skills such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science and wireless technologies among others. Moving towards the core engineering fields, things are now all about new, emerging softwares and artificial intelligence. Merely 2.5% engineers posses the skills required. And 5....

That's the start of opening your heart and being compassionate to others."                    We all were somewhat "jailed" at our homes for around 3-4 months; now, after we all in the process of living the new normal are stepping outside of our houses for some reason or other. 2020 has been worst at it's epitome, showing all the possible worst things which made our minds go havoc, we lost our faith on humanity, our behavior as a human towards a human as well as towards animals has been savage.      Now it's been around two months I'm writing blogs and I always thought why ain't I getting even one single positive topic or even a thought to write about, not anyone's fault but nothing pragmatic was taking place. molestation (n): sexual assault or abuse of a person, especially a woman or child; the action of pestering or harassing someone in an aggressive or persistent manner.                 Above is what the dictionary meaning of molestation refers to as, it particularly emphasises on "woman or child".  Does this imply that abuse and harrasment against men isn't considered much of a molestation? For the past month news headlines and social media posts/stories were flared up with #BlackLivesMatter against police brutality towards civilians. Unfortunately we faced the same but we are not even choosing to call it molestation.                  P Jayaraj and J Bennicks, a father- son duo, were picked up by Tuticorin police for keeping their mobile shops open beyond permitted time amid Covid-19. Racism(n): the belief that some races of people are better than others; unfair ways of treating people of different races.                                 When the colour of your skin is seen as a weapon, you never will be seen as  unarmed! It all started in 2013 with #BlackLivesMatter after the acquittal of George Zimmerman in shooting death of an African-American teen Trayvon Martin, in February 2012 ; followed by two deaths of African-Americans by police actions and/or while in police custody.                 #BlackLivesMatter flared up the news headlines internationally during George Floyd's protests 2020 . feminism (n) : the belief that women should have equal rights and opportunities as men.            'Feminism' the word leading to a lot of controversies now a days, and apart from the controversies, the most confused word. Over the years the actual meaning of the word is misinterpreted, as benefits of women losing it's original essence "equality ".             Moving around with our lives, working, travelling, we come across many circumstances where in we feel the need of amendments even in small things on the course of equality.
